Where do you deliver?
We deliver to all serviceable PIN codes across India where courier services operate.
Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
No. We accept online payments only.
Can I collect my order from your store or warehouse?
No. We do not have a physical store or pickup facility. All orders are delivered via courier.
How long will delivery take?
Delivery typically takes 3–5 business days, depending on location.
Orders are packed and dispatched within 1–2 business days.

How can I track my order?
After placing an order, you will receive an email with the tracking link.
You can also track your order from the "My Orders" section in your account. Dispatch updates are sent via email.
Who delivers my order?
Orders are shipped via trusted courier partners such as Bluedart, DTDC or from our range of partners, depending on your PIN code. Courier selection is not customizable.
Can I try and return a racket?
No. Assembled rackets, customized rackets, apparel, and shoes are not eligible for try-and-return, return, or cancellation. Brands do not provide warranties or guarantees on these products. However, all items sold are 100% authentic and sourced from authorized importers.
